REFUND POLICY

At AMO, your happiness is extremely important for us. Therefore, to make an exchange for any product purchased on our website, please consider the following:

You will have a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the day of product delivery to request the exchange.
We only exchange products that we have in stock.
To qualify for an exchange, products must be in optimal condition, clean, free of makeup residue, oils, creams, or similar, with all labels and tags intact as they were delivered.
The product must be in its original condition, without any alterations.
In the case of exchanges, the transportation cost will be borne by you.
We do not accept products for exchange received under cash on delivery.
Items obtained through exchanges cannot be exchanged again.
Products with promotions or discounts are not eligible for exchange.
